Bug#760189: kpartx: systemd "NEWS" still in new version

I think characterising this as "missed for Jessie" is pretty odd, as it
would imply that you were wanting to make the change, but missed some
sort of freeze deadline.

In fact, you made the change to remove the first of the two NEWS entries
on the same day that the bug reached its conclusion (18 Sep 2014), and
_that_ change made it into Jessie, with ease.  I guess Josh would have
expected you to remove both -- that's certainly the impression I gained.

Anyway, that's all in the past.

It would be good to get this fixed in an up-coming point release,
so that users are not misled when doing Jessie upgrades in future.
