[Pkg-lyx-devel] Bug#372809: lyx-qt: GUI has wrong encoding (displays UTF-8 as if it where ANSI)

The interpretation of the GUI texts' encoding is wrong.
It looks like it is UTF-8 but gets interpreted as ANSI/
ISO-8859-1/Whatever. See attached screen shot.
