[Pkg-lyx-devel] Collaboration with Ubuntu folks?

Hi,

just to remind everybody that there is this official directory 
with patches of the current Ubuntu version of lyx against Debian 
packages https://patches.ubuntu.com/l/lyx/ (nothing to see there 
now, they are still at 1.3.7) and I have Cced Ubuntu maintainer 
of LyX.

Barry, there is a team maintaining LyX packages for Debian, and 
although I am not in any way speaker for this team (just lurker 
on the list), I thought that it may be interesting to join the 
effort on making as good as possible packages for Debian-based 
systems.

Just that we know about each other.
