The problem is that we have no way of changing the dependencies of lyx 1.5.4-1
after it has been uploaded. The only way of doing it is to upload a new version
and wait for it to enter testing. And we're back to the time gap issue, in which
case we might as well upload the patched version which works with Qt 4.4.
