Hrm, I actually have the same problem when trying to view UserGuide as
a PDF. I get an empty LaTeX errors/warnings box. Looking at the tmp
directory, a pdf file did however get built, and it seems complete
(sans refs and TOC).

So probably something else going on here than missing packages. For
the record, I have both latex-extra and math-extra installed.

Introduction, Tutorial, Extended, and Math builds, but not UserGuide
or EmbeddedObjects.

... and I see that Celejar reported the same thing now.
