I guess this reply never reached Ralph the original reporter because the
workflow of the Debian BTS is so email centric that it expects you to
always keep also the original addresses as To/CC. To address the original
submitter you've to not only address the <bugnumber>@bugs.d.o address but
also <bugnumber>-submitter at bugs.d.o if you do not want to look up the
single address from the web UI at https://bugs.d.o. Otherwise only the
"bugreport" itself will see the mail and the package maintainer.

Anyway I've just uploaded 2.1.3-1 and it should be build for most arches
in Debian/unstable within the next 24h. Maybe that helps Ralph to not
reproduce the issue and we could close this bug afterwards. :)
