Bug#389026: madwifi-source: Kernel 2.6.18 panics upon reboot

After fiddling with my kernel config, I discovered that interrupt
handling is to blame for the kernel panic described above.

My custom kernels were simply missing X86_LOCAL_APIC and X86_IO_APIC
support! My config was originally derived from one obtained from a
Debian GNU/Linux laptop guide for the Thinkpad X40, where those
options had not been included. Strangely, this seemed to work smoothly
with previous kernels (2.6.15 to 2.6.17), but not with 2.6.18.

Everything now works as expected...

Regards,
Peter
