Intend to step back as active maintainer of madwifi

Hi,

I will be travelling soon, and unable to carry out duties of madwifi Debian
package maintainer for quite some time (12 - 24 months).

Matthew W.S. Bell, aka "mentor", has been in contact with myself, and he
has stated he is willing to care for the packaging. He was added to the alioth
pkg-madwifi group a few months ago, I just added him to Uploaders too. He is
also an active upstream developer.

If an of the other team members or subscribers would like to help, or object to
anything above, please let me know in the next few weeks.
