RFS: updated Madwifi packages

Hi,

I've given some love to the Madwifi packaging, may I please request someone to
sponsor the upload of these updates into Debian archive?

The changes were made in r329 and r330 in pkg-madwifi SVN [0, 1].

In another mail to this list, I have mentioned that I will be stepping back as
active Maintainer soon, but I will be around long enough to respond to critical
errors that these updated packages may or may not cause.
