I could, but is it really necessary to do everything in one go? 
If I stay at least for some time I might have a chance to prepare another 
upload. :)

I just don't understand how to use it and what's are the benefits. 
It's like you're using scratchpad as bugtracker for... bugtracker. :)

There are so many different workflows and some people can use repository for 
the same purpose or wiki or even the bugtracker itself with tagging etc.
I'm always happy to learn how to do the work better.

Copyright assignments turned to be a rather difficult thing legally...
I noticed they did relicensing to GPL-3+ and I wholehartedly support it.
