[Pkg-mc-devel] Midnight Comander 4.8.1 [RFS]

Dear Andreas and Yury,

I imported what we had in SVN to brand new collab-maint repository:

 http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=collab-maint/mc.git

I've updated and tested 99_detect_alt_editor.patch using hints kindly provided 
by Yury. (Yesterday I guess I was too tired to do it, which is not surprising 
for 4:30 am)

Regarding other Yury's concern - dropped AWK patch, I'm 100% certain it is not 
necessary. The implementation was wrong and although I'm not convinced if we 
still need workaround for AWK it won't hurt to have it, so I implemented it 
properly with passing parameter to configure script, rather than patching it.

Because there were no other concerns raised I believe package is now ready for 
upload.  Please get it from 

  http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/m/mc/mc_4.8.1-1.dsc


Also I dropped libncurses from build-deps because in practice build system  
wasn't falling back to use it as gracefully as I expected. But it's even 
better without it.

Regarding VCS, I don't know yet how to manage repositories within projects so 
if you think collab-maint is not the right place, let's investigate how to use 
git repository withing pkg-mc-devel.
