Hmm, then there is no reason to keep it any longer.
I just pushed the changes removing bugs.txt and added "Closes: #" for few more 
fixed bugs to changelog.

By the way, there is a bug #61987 - I thought one digit is missed but no, it 
is really one of the oldest bugs I've ever seen, reported back in year 2000. 
:)  Closing after more than a decade. (I hope user is still with us)
