mdadm and Debian/Ubuntu

yes because i did the 2/3 bug fixes in the past, but in Ubuntu we don't have the
concept of package ownership as strong as in Debian. Everybody does/can upload
almost everything.

If you just take care of the Debian package, we will sync it from there.

We have some tools that do syncronize. if there is something urgent we can speed
that process up via email/irc.
