No, there is no one here who specifically focuses on mdadm.  You were asking
about changes to the packages which I believe Fabio made, so I directed you
to him.

In general, if you have questions about particular changes, it's best to
look up in the changelog who made them, and contact that person, since we
don't have assigned maintainers for most packages.
