An hour on IRC with Marc later, it appears this kind of workflow
doesn't match the pkg-mediawiki one, so I ended up using my archive
(lolando at users.alioth.debian.org--bazaar-0 publicly available at
http://arch.debian.org/arch/private/lolando/bazaar-0).  When the team
gets more time to devote to external modules, feel free to branch from
there and adopt the package if you wish.
