Just a question like that, if an extension is not present in the 
mediawiki svn, is it still possible to include it in the extensions package?

Some MW extensions are distributed as code on a wiki page (yuck!). so do 
you simply exclude those extensions or is it possible to submit them to 
be reviewed before inclusion?
