Yes.

I don’t believe so. We’ve got a few HUNDREDS of Wikis running on
PostgreSQL, which *is* integrated well into the rest of the systems,
*and* a proper database. (I can provide accurate numbers, if needed,
but a quick guesstimate shows over 200.)
