  The MediaWiki package could add a trigger and recompute the FTS
indices when PostgreSQL is upgraded, but that's rather heavy-handed.

  Not as far as I know; the lemmatisation functions behave differently
but produce results that are of the same "type" and not distinguishable
(except via their contents).
