But I didn't add ANY line to f-spot.exe.config or to config, also I have
a pure apt-get system (almost, without f-spot :-P).

Also, when you have a app.exe.config you can add multiple dllmaps to any
library that your APP is using, in this case you are using Sqlite, you
can add it to app.exe.config (just for the app.exe) or to a generic
(/etc/mono/config) to use the dllmap in EVERY mono application.
