[Pkg-mono-devel] XSP 1.0.9 packages and other stuff

Speaking of which. I'm finally at the point I think I got things working
properly on the XSP stuff, including mod-mono. I would greatly
appreciate anyone looking at it and telling me what I did wrong. My
repository is:

I have a bunch of other files there too, most of them were put on hold
as I worked on XSP, so feel free to look at those and tell me what I did
