Known problem, see bug report:

currently there is no solution, to that problem, MonoDevelop 0.9 can't
be build with current Mono + Boo + Nunit.
Nunit is the cause of the problem, it broke the ABI, so a rebuild is
required which doesn't work yet... I have to make more patches I
guess... or better, MD upstream should make a current release that
matches the current APIs!
