[Pkg-mono-devel] Banshee mono 2.0 transition

Hi,

Banshee got caught in the middle of the transition in Ubuntu so I
worked on updating it. Attached are the two patches that I used.

The first is the patch to the upstream build system. This would need
to be applied and then "autconf && automake" run. Second is the
diff of ./debian/, as interesting as it is. The changelog would 
obviously need fixing up, and there are some 1.0 libraries in the
Build-Depends as 2.0 versions of them don't exist yet.
