It seems that unlike the last few packages we looked at, Banshee
respects ./configure overrides properly - less invasive patch is
attached. Slomo, can you comment & commit a new package to Experimental

The number in those package names refers to the version (think of it as
the soname) of the library - in most cases, that's the same thing as the
CLI version, but in this case, all three libraries
(libndesk-dbus1.0-cil, libndesk-dbus-glib1.0-cil,
libmono-zeroconf1.0-cil) are actually CLI 2.0 libraries which call
themselves version 1.0 (or ABI-compatible with it, at least, which is
just as important):
