Bug#594467: iceape spawns an infinite number of php windows

On encountering a website that uses a "php" suffix, rather than an "html"
suffix, the iceape browser creates an infinite number of empty windows. For
example, attempting to edit a page on wikia.com, or entering a bug report via
lauchpad, an infininte number of blank windows appear, each pointing to an
address such as:

file:///tmp/index.php or file:///tmp/login_status.php

This problem was introduced into version 2.0.6 of iceape, and did not occur on
previous versions.
