Bug#594467: iceape spawns an infinite number of php windows

I can't reproduce this bug. Can you run iceape via the following, try
again, and send the resulting file (compressed) to this bug?

NSPR_LOG_FILE=/some/file NSPR_LOG_MODULES=all:5 iceape
