Bug#588944: python-xpcom: xpcom.so failed to be built for python2.5

for various reasons i've been forced to upgrade to python2.6,
and have been forced to download 90 python packages in a whopping
135mb undesired upgrade.

which makes me a good candidate for testing things that are broken! :)

such as: python-xpcom only has these:
/usr/lib/pyshared/python2.6/xpcom
/usr/lib/pyshared/python2.6/xpcom/_xpcom.so

note the complete lack of python2.5

when you install python-xpcom, it's completely mutually exclusively
incompatible with the "previous" version of python-xpcom.  if there
was a python2.5-xpcom and a python2.6-xpcom package i could understand
and at least install both.

... but there isn't.  needs sorting! :)
