IceApe AND IceWeasel are checking the Bookmarks without beeing asked!

It is realy annoying, if the I get a COOKIE Pop-Up from Google and
others even if there is no website in a tab open...

I have instaled a NEW profile and copied the bookmarks.html to the
profile hich has arround 600 kByte and if IceApe AND IceWeasel do not
find this crap of .json it import the bookmark.html and start poling ALL
links inside... even if IceWeasel is idle, it is consuming arround 23%
CPU resources. and IceApe arround 28%.

I would consider this as a RC bug and violation of my policy since I
never requested checking over 8.000 Links.

Thanks, Greetings and nice Day/Evening
