About the language pack

So, I'm almost there on l10n, and 10.0 should come with l10n packages.
However, I just wanted to make you aware that searchplugins are not in
the langpacks I generate, and as a matter of fact, they are not in yours
either. And looking at the code, it doesn't seem searchplugins are
supported in extensions.
That will obviously need fixing.
