xul-ext-adblock-plus Breaks  icedove (> 16.0~a1+)

icedove 17 is not co-installable with gnome in Debian Wheezy due to breakage by xul-ext-adblock-plus.

There is a bug filed with xul-ext-adblock-plus to fix this.
