Icedove esr for squeeze l10n packages

you can use the language packs from the equal version in wheezy.
https://packages.debian.org/source/wheezy/icedove-l10n

We never did any "official" backporting of a version greater than 10.x
for squeeze, but Mike Hommey is providing backports for various versions
on mozilla.debian.net, but without any language packs.

There is only a dependency on the Icedove version inside the language
packs. So just easily picking the latest version of icedove-l10n package
is appropriate for the backported packages from Mike.
