I spoke with Capital One on Saturday. They assured me that they would
pass my message on to their IT department and follow up with me.
Hopefully that works out.

Oddly, https://login.capitalone.com and https://login1.capitalone.com
block the iceweasel user agent, but https://login2.capitalone.com
doesn't. A Greasemonkey script to rewrite the login page URLs might
work, but I didn't try it out.
