Bug#768053: xulrunner should depend on libjpeg62-turbo, not libjpeg anymore

Hello,

amongst other, xulrunner depends on libjpeg62 (>= 6b1), which has
been recently removed from testing and replaced by
libjpeg62-turbo (current version 1:1.3.1-10).

This causes apt to remove xulrunner on upgrade.

Debs do not have versioned Provides (yet), so the only proper way
out is a rebuild of xulrunner that depends on libjpeg62-turbo
with the proper version.
