Unable to locate Iceweasel 28.0-1~bpo70+1_i386.deb

I'm trying to find the last wheezy-backports compatible Iceweasel that
is fully compatible to the old Mozilla sync system (1.1) but it does not
seem to have been archived anywhere so where might I find an iceweasel
28.0-1~bpo70 and associated other debs for my architecture?  I had hopes
for http://snapshot.debian.org but that does not seem to carry the
recent past year or more, of the http://mozilla.debian.net/ contents or
more particularly backports from the bpo70 series (it does have bpo60
presumably for squeeze-backports)  The fall-back that I considered of
the Wayback Machine:
http://mozilla.debian.net/pool/iceweasel-release/i/iceweasel/ is no help
as the last snapshot was on 15/May/2013 when the version was only at 21.0.

Help?

P.S. This is a resend as it appears the original message got washed away
in the deluge of spam earlier in the month - can anything be done to
excise all that c**P?
