Iceweasel: Cannot watch certain videos

Hello Iceweasel Maintainers,
Hello Flashplugin-NonFree Maintainer,
I have trouble watching videos on certain websites, for example:
http://www.sat1.ch/tv/navy-cis/video/1124-staffel-11-folge-24-jackson-ganze-folge
or all videos at
http://www.srf.ch/player/tv
According to these pages, they need the flashplayer plugin
I have tried
iceweasel -safe-mode
and
MOZILLA_DISABLE_PLUGINS=1 iceweasel
But the problem persists (youtube works).
The loopback interface is up and I have not set up any filters:

It works on Windows 7 with Firefox and the Flash Plugin
