Probably a different version of the Adobe Flash Player.

Have you contacted the webmasters of these websites, and have they confirmed
that their websites should work with the Adobe Flash Player version you are
using ? Have you contacted Adobe, and has Adobe confirmed that the Adobe Flash
Player version you are using should work for the websites you are trying ? Have
you contacted https://lists.debian.org/debian-user/ to ask if other end users
have the same problem ? Have you tried chromium with pepperflashplugin-nonfree?
