After upgrading to Firefox 48, I noticed that Google Sheets on my "normal"
DPI system does not render fonts legibly any more.
Changing gfx.canvas.azure.backends from skia to cairo and restarting firefox fixes this.
I think this may be related to
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=981391, though that is quite
old and somewhat windows-centric.
