[Pkg-mythtv-maintainers] ptune/ptune-ui from ivtv-utils package not working after installed

Hi

When helping someone on IRC to set up his TV card, I noticed that after 
installing the ivtv-utils package, neiter ptune nor ptune-ui worked.

ptune refused to start because perl-tk was not installed. Currently 
ivtv-utils only recommends, but does not depend on perl-tk.

ptune-ui does not start because Frequencies.pm from the Debian 
libvideo-capture-v4l-perl package is too old. ptune-ui says it needs 
0.03, but the module in Debian says it's version is 0.01.

Have you thought of solving the first problem in another way then the 
current one with the Recommends for perl-tk, e.g. by creating another 
binary package with the ptune programs, that depends on perl-tk, and is 
recommended by ivtv-utils?
