I'd like to wait for the current version to propagate to testing before
I do anything about this since otherwise we will end up with kernel
2.6.18 in testing and no matching ivtv-source.
It seems to me to be a lot of overhead to create a whole new package for
one fairly trivial and tiny utility but I'll have a think about how we
can work around the need for need a newer Frequencies.pm module.
