Hi! You probably need to ask Lennart Poettering what you are doing wrong
as pulseaudio always worked fine on Lennart's machine ;-)
:set flamemode off
Can you try to use pulseaudio version from Maemo? Maybe that older
version will work better with cmtspeech as cmtspeech plugin for
pulseaudio was developed against that Maemo version.
I remember that Maemo version of pulseaudio has some memory pool patches
needed for audio... When I changed constants for allocation then sound
lagged.
Anyway, maybe this question should go to pulseaudio mailing list as
somebody on list could help more...
