apt-get doesn't seem to want to do an upgrade with dist-upgrade,
but aptitude works, and so do apt-get install ntp.

If you purge the ntp-server package (from current unstable) after
you've upgraded, it removes the ntp user/group. At that point,
you can't start/stop it, or upgrade or whatever. Not sure what
the best way to fix this is yet.

Upgrade from sarge doesn't stop the previous daemon, it says it's
starting the new one, but the previous one never got stopped.

Couldn't find any other problems so far.
