[pkg-ntp-maintainers] Bug#426238: 426238: kernel time sync error 0001

I've been getting those since I rebooted a couple of days ago.  This was
also after a big upgrade (in testing) that included moving to ntp
1:4.2.4p0+dfsg-1 and libc6 2.5-9+b1, libhal1 0.5.9-3.  There was no
kernel change; it's a stock linux-image-2.6.18-4-k7
2.6.18.dfsg.1-12etch2.

It's not obvious to me if the time is still being reset or not, though I
guess the error means it isn't.
