This is really not an issue.  It's just a warning.  As long as you don't
use a capability with the bit higher that 32 it works perfectly.  And we
don't use such capabilities.

I looked at this when the warning was new, many months ago.  We didn't
have libcap2 in Debian anymore.  See also #242810.

I assumed that libcap would just change libcap2 now and that the -dev
package would stay the same.  I see no reason why we're being forced to
change to a new -dev package when the API is compatible.

Anyway, if you want this fixed in lenny, you'll have to talk to the
release team.  This doesn't seem to fit any of their criteria.
