[Pkg-octave-devel] octave2.1_2.1.69 ready for entering sarge

the octave2.1_2.1.69-1 package is installed in all the architectures (arm
was the last one missing).  I hope that it will enter sarge soon (if it
did not already do).

The only package stalled now is octaviz, which failed to build on alpha
and is scheduled to be built on arm, but quite down in the priority heap.

Since the sarge freeze will happen soon, it is time now to do a last
update of the packages, if needed.  I think that octave-forge needs
special care, since many of the bug reports filled against it are already
fixed in CVS @ SF.
