No.  Christian T. Steigies <cts@debian.org> gave me an account on an
m68k system, but then said that it did not have the same set of tools
as the buildd system.  I thought it would be easy to get access to a
system that already had the same set of tools that are on the buildd
system where the failure is happening.  With that, I might be able to
fix Octave so that it avoids the compiler bug, but I don't have time
to also set up the build tools.  I'm not sure I would even know how to
install all the right versions of the tools.
