This is actually a problem with freqz.m, which is in octave2.1 (not
octave-forge). I will upload a fixed octave2.1 package soon. Notice
that freqz.m in octave2.9 is already fixed.
At any rate, you might be interested in knowing that the octave-forge
package is now just a dummy package. There are now new packages called
octave2.1-forge and octave2.9-forge.
