[Pkg-octave-devel] hdf5 libraries used at build time

I wonder if that means that we should drop the alternative dependencies
on lam and mpich for providing the hdf5 dependency, ie directly
depending on 
	libhdf5-serial-1.6.5-0 1.6.5-5+b1
