That sounds very good to me, and is something similar to the RFS
(Request For Sponsor) sent to debian-mentors at .

Using UNRELEASED is very common and IMHO sufficient. When using pbuilder
(or anything like it), lintian is run and an Error is shown because it
does not match any real distribution, which should prevent an accidental
upload.

That would be very appreciated.
