Everything is in experimental now.  All the octave-forge packages need
to be rebuilt against octave-pk-dev 0.6.4 and octave3.0 3.0.4~rc3-3.  This
is necessary because the packages path changed as above.

We can wait until the release of lenny and upload the new octave-forge
packages directly to unstable, though.
