I looked at this problem in the last few days. My assessment was that
an expert in glpk could probably make the changes fairly quickly, but it
does not look something I could do in a few hours. The API has changed
in ways that make it non-obvious to me exactly what changes we need to
make. It's not a simple matter of changing the names of a few functions.
