I have renamed the file and changed "source" to "binary".

I get a the following output when git-buildpackage runs lintian :

Now running lintian...
N: 9 tags overridden (9 errors)
Finished running lintian.

so I think it works.

It's done.

Since all the open issues have been addressed, I think that the 
octave-stk package is now ready to be reviewed (and hopefully uploaded).
